I've recently moved to kegging and currently have 2 taps setup on the fridge. Today I was in Daylesford/Hepburn area and filled up a growler from one of the free springs over there, got me thinking "this would be good in a keg"
Anyone else considered putting that on tap? It's only lightly carbonated, so I'd probably put a mini-reg on that line.

I know a lot of guys run a tap of soda water. I wouldnt be without it. If i had access to a natural mineral spring i'd use tjat but we're not on city water so just keg up rainwater and add a teaspoon of some fancy salt. Not San Pelligrino but it works.
happy: I was given a co2 and nitrogen mix bottle and I'm trying to find any info on psi and time to properly carbonate with this mix. Any clues please? Thanks Happy
