I just love a good fucking beer, yeah but how do you stop it spilling while your at it? Big gulps. It’s like people that put an icy cold can into a stubby holder, they are obviously not drinking fast enough.

Mosaic XPA (tongue in cheek as intended on an APA but ended with far greater than planned efficiency and 6.3% ABV. Been in keg about 6 months and while hop freshness has faded, is still quite nice and plentiful in aroma and flavour. Just not as bright as it was when fresh.

Pils for the 1st day of the weekend for me! This 1/2 batch didn't clear as much in the keg as the the first 1/2 for some reason.

A pic of my last Dunkelweizen. Haven't done one recently but it's now on my 'To do' list which is growing by the week. Just the thing for a hot summers day!

Red Rye Saison, very early days, got a nice saison characteristic, the spicyness of the rye is sitting against a sweetness that came out of left field..gonna be lovely once a decent carb level kicks in.

German Pils. Who says you need finings to achieve good clarity? Time and temp. Going down VERY well on this 39C day in Melb Town.

This is Hoppy Days (Steve's) Bronzed brew, winner at the PUBS comp recently. Got bottle via biggusRDEv so not sure if Tooths or Tooheys tribute. If I might be allowed to cuss on the forum, fucking legendary. Well done.

Tooth's KB lager lives again: second version from Peter Symons 6 O'clock Brews. Used a different yeast combo this time - (mix of MJ Bohemian Lager and S-189) off a Vienna Lager - turned out very 70s. Reminds me of sitting on the beach at Bargara with a three day growth..... back in the days when you could skol a six and wave at the friendly cops on the way home who would wave back.

My first ever SMASH. Brewed in December last year. Joe White Ale Malt & Cascade. Also my second ever crack at all grain. This was the second glass from a bottle so like a dick I disturbed the sediment. 🙄 cheers 🍺

After sometime bouncing around in the Egel fridge it was still very nice. Cheers Hoppy
